During my previous role, I played a key part in the development of AIA MyanX (now AIA+ Myanmar), the application for the insured customers where they can make claim request, manage policy information.
AIA MyanX app is a mobile application for AIA Myanmar members to access their member card and get access to AIA member-exclusive benefits from the extensive partner list to helps you on your journey of healthier, longer and better lives. In addition, AIA members can claim their insurance policy benefits and manage their policies with ease, with an end-to-end digital process, a three-step claim submission process, and the ability to track status of benefit claims and request policy changes.
